A cybersecurity industry leader and successful entrepreneur, David Jemmett is the CEO and founder of Cerberus Sentinel (rebranding to CISO Global; Nasdaq: CISO), a rapid-growth company that specializes in compliance and cybersecurity.
Mr. Jemmett has more than 35 years of executive management and technology experience in cybersecurity consulting services, healthcare, compliance, government regulations, telecommunications, and managed services. He has been intimately involved in designing, building, re-vamping, and/or managing networks and data centers worldwide.
In 2015, Jemmett founded GenResults, LLC, which is now a wholly owned member of the CISO Global family of companies. Additionally, he has served as CEO of NantCloud, LLC, a provider of secure cloud-hosted applications for healthcare customers, and CTO of NantWorks, LLC, a parent company for the “Nant” family of companies. From 2005 to 2013, Mr. Jemmett also served as founder and CEO of ClearDATA Networks Corporation, a HIPAA compliant hosting company specializing in healthcare.
Mr. Jemmett has spoken before both the U.S. Congress and Senate Subcommittees on Telecommunications and Internet Security. He also has shared his expertise on broadband networking technologies as guest speaker on CBS, CNN, MSNBC, and CSPAN.
Deb Smith is Chief Financial Officer at CISO Global, an innovative cybersecurity, compliance, and remediation company based in Scottsdale, AZ. Ms. Smith leads all aspects of CISO Global’s financial strategy, reporting, and business planning as well as treasury, controller and audit operations. She brings to this role her skills and expertise developed through her decades’ long career in every aspect of corporate finance, including chief financial officer; chief accounting officer; executive vice president, finance and accounting; senior vice president, global accounting, and controller.
As Chief Operating Officer, Kyle Young brings with him more than 18 years experience in all aspects of business marketing and sales operations, including leading cross-functional sales and operations teams, go-to-market strategy development, and M&A, Kyle Young focuses on overseeing daily business operations as COO at CISO Global, an innovative cybersecurity, compliance, and remediation company based in Scottsdale, AZ. Before joining CISO Global as Executive Vice President of Operations and Integrations, he was Vice President, Business and Sales Operations at BeyondTrust, a leader in privileged access management.

Gary Perkins is the Chief Information Security Officer at CISO Global. With 20+ years of industry leadership, Gary’s experience spans both the public and private sectors. Most recently, he served as the Chief Information Security Officer for all of British Columbia. Previously, he served as Chief of Staff for the Chief Security Office at Canadian multinational publicly traded holding company and conglomerate, Telus.
As CISO, Gary drives cybersecurity strategies and risk management initiatives. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in the Management of Technology and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, as well as a Diploma in Criminology from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Additionally, Gary has earned more than 22 industry-related certifications and awards, and serves on numerous boards and councils.

Jerald Dawkins is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for CISO Global (NASDAQ:CISO), an industry leader as a managed cybersecurity and compliance provider, based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Dawkins currently holds three (3) patents for network gateway messaging systems and methods, systems and methods for tokenization to support pseudonymization of sensitive data, and services, systems and methods for tokenizing sensitive information. Utilizing the concepts of these patents, he has founded and exited several cybersecurity companies, including True Digital Security and TokenEx, LLC, both based in Oklahoma. (True Digital Security was acquired by CISO Global in January 2022.)
Additionally, Dawkins has secured millions of dollars in over twenty-five (25) federal and industry research grants for cyber security research, in addition to having served as a cybersecurity advisor for Department of Homeland Security Inter-Agency Board supporting the First Responder community. As a tireless advocate for technological and skills development, Jerry has also held numerous board positions supporting STEM education and actively advises the technology innovation community in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Jerry’s elite combination of security and technology expertise, business acumen, and creativity has positioned him as a thought leader in the field of information security and cyber resilience.
Dawkins received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, and his Master of Science degree from The University of Tulsa. His PhD dissertation, also from The University of Tulsa, focused on heuristics for scalable compound exposure analysis.
